What's on a food and drink pallet
Food pallets can include ambient grocery, snacks, confectionery and soft drinks. Each pallet is a mix of lines, and the manifest shows brands and quantities.
Dates, storage and selling
Food has best-before or use-by dates, so work out how fast you can sell a pallet before you buy it. You also need dry, suitable storage. You can still legally sell food past the best-before date but not the use-by date.
